The first "State of Our Estuary Report" will be due 12 months after the Coorong Environmental Trust Act 2021 has come into effect, so shall be due in March 2023. It is expected that the SOER will look a lot like the reporting undertaken by the Derwent River Estuary Program or one of the twenty-eight Congress resolution supported American National Estuaries Program groups (such as the Piscataqua Region Estuaries Partnership) however if you would like to get involved or have particular ideas around what should be included or how it should be communicated, we would love to hear your ideas.
